About Us

Thank you for your interest in Christ Church Harbor Apartments!  Built in 1973 by nearby Christ Lutheran Church, which still operates the building, CCHA serves senior citizens of moderate income.

We are located across from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor with a view of the water.  We offer 288 apartments, both efficiencies and one-bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of two persons.  The building and apartments are handicap-accessible.  CCHA is a smoke-free building.

All apartments have access from the bedroom and living room areas to a balcony that overlooks either the harbor area or a park-like plaza.  Each floor has its own resident lounge with a harbor view as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.

A multi-purpose room on the first floor hosts numerous group social functions, including birthday parties, bingo, musical events, flea markets, festivals, educational programs and tea parties.  A full-time Resident Services Coordinator helps plan for trips and activities, and a monthly newsletter keeps residents informed.  We also offer the services of a Social Worker and a Health & Welfare Worker to assist residents with personal issues.

CCHA staffs its front receptionist desk 24-hours per day, and mailboxes are located on the first floor.

Please feel free to make an appointment to visit us.  We know you will like what you see!
